A leaked video shows rapper’s contentious exchange with lawyer.

Lil Wayne Gets Hostile During Lawsuit Deposition

Lil Wayne
Lil Wayne isn't making life easy for Quincy Jones III. Weezy is in the process of suing the producer over the 2009 documentary centered on the rapper's life, and in leaked deposition videos, the Young Money captain is seen refusing to cooperate with Jones' attorney.

In the videos, obtained by
TMZ, Wayne is brusque, even hostile, toward Jones' representative Pete Ross of the law firm Brown George Ross. Sitting at a table in a grey Trukfit hoodie pulled over his head, he refuses to answer basic questions and claims not to recall major events in the recent past. Asked if he served eight months in prison at Rikers Island or had the best-selling album of the year in 2008, Weezy simply says "I don't know."

At one point, Wayne even makes what could be interpreted as a threat against Ross. Fed up with the questioning, he looks the lawyer in the eye and gestures toward the judge in the room who has been moderating the interview.

"You know he can't save you in the real world, right?" Wayne says.

Asked if the comment was a threat, he declines to elaborate.

Despite participating in much of the filming of the project, Wayne brought the lawsuit against QDIII because the producer allegedly used his music in the film without consent.
